A single girder requires less steel than a double girder equivalent — lower material cost and lighter dead weight means reduced wheel loads on the runway beams, which in turn lowers the structural cost of the building support system. Rolled or Welded Girder to Any Span
Spans up to 18 metres use rolled mill profile girders for maximum rigidity with minimum fabrication cost. Beyond 18 metres, custom welded box girders are used — individually designed for the span, capacity, and duty cycle. Bridge girder connections to the runway beam are optimised for your ceiling construction with multiple variants, allowing optimum space utilisation even in low-ceiling buildings.
Smooth Motion, Long Service Life
Specially designed motors and gearboxes provide smooth start and stop on all axes — eliminating the sudden jerks that cause accelerated wear. Cesan guarantees minimum hook movement, minimum lateral load swing, minimum approach dimensions, and minimum abrasion on every crane — all contributing to the lowest total cost of ownership over the crane's full service life.

The Cesan Single Girder Overhead Crane is manufactured as a standard crane through the full Cesan production process — every unit delivered to the same quality standards as the heavier double girder range. Capacities from 1 to 25 tonnes cover the vast majority of general industrial lifting requirements in workshops, warehouses, assembly lines, and production facilities.
Single girder overhead crane systems are available with VH L models supporting loads up to 12.5 tonnes and VH N models capable of handling up to 25 tonnes. These cranes can be supplied as cranes, crane kits, or complete crane systems. With compact installation dimensions and minimal lateral hook movement, they ensure high efficiency and precision even in confined spaces — optimal approach dimensions enable safe and precise load handling.
Featuring dual-speed or stepless VFD speed control options, these systems provide operators with full control. The crane bridge girder is individually adapted to the ceiling construction and available headroom using multiple connection variants to the runway beam — the right choice for industrial facilities seeking strong, reliable, and flexible lifting solutions.

Monorail Rotating Hoist
Single-rail rotating hoist for applications where the load must be rotated or positioned laterally without moving the bridge. Ideal for assembly lines, maintenance bays, and repetitive pick-and-place tasks along a defined travel path.
Electric Wire Rope Hoist
High-cycle wire rope hoist for capacities up to 25 tonnes. Compact low-headroom design travels on the bottom flange. VH L model handles up to 12.5 T; VH N model handles up to 25 T. Dual-speed or stepless VFD control as required.
Electric Chain Hoist
Cost-competitive chain hoist for light-duty single girder applications or where an extra-competitive price point is required. Compact, reliable, and well-suited to small workshops and maintenance areas. Capacities from 125 kg to 5 T.
